Refunds and Returns Policy

All products sold by Brighter Within Collective are digital downloads or made-to-order print-on-demand items.

Digital products

Due to the instant-access nature of our ebooks, toolkits, wallpapers and printables, all digital-product sales are final once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

By requesting immediate access to your digital purchase, you consent to the download being supplied before the end of the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost once the download begins.

If you experience a technical problem accessing your files, please contact us through our Contact page and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Print-on-demand products

Each print-on-demand item is made specifically for you after your order is placed. Therefore, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong size or select the wrong colour.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us through our Contact page. Please include your order number and photographs of the issue so we can work with you to resolve it.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
