Confidence Starter Kit - Quiet the Critic, Believe in You & 14 Affirmations

Confidence Starter Kit - Quiet the Critic, Believe in You & 14 Affirmations

If self-doubt has been holding you back, this kit gives you everything you need to start believing in yourself again, one small step at a time.

It's built around one goal: a quieter inner critic and a little more confidence each day. Start with the workbook, track how you feel for 14 days, and carry a daily affirmation with you on your phone. Every part matches the same 14 days, so it all works together.

What's included

• Quiet the Critic - a mini workbook to build your confidence (17 pages, printable + fillable)
• Believe in You - a gentle 14-day confidence tracker (27 pages, printable + fillable)
• 14 affirmation phone wallpapers - one for each day, sized for your phone screen
• 14 journal prompts - each one paired with that day's affirmation (17 pages, printable + fillable)

Inside the kit

• Meet your inner critic, answer it more kindly and start a record of what went right
• Rate your confidence, self-kindness, courage and mood each day
• See your 14 days side by side on a one-page at-a-glance grid
• A halfway check-in and a look-back page to notice what has shifted
• Notes pages for anything you want to keep

Includes Quiet the Critic

This kit includes the full Quiet the Critic workbook, so there's no need to buy it separately.
